Emisshield® was able to provide increased uniformity in heat distribution and after optimization of the kiln energy savings of 7,5% were sustainably documented.
The furnace was inspected in March 2025 by CRESS – the coating remains largely intact, with only very minor degradation in a few localised areas.

In February 2021 walls from bottom of kiln car and Ceiling were coated with Emisshield® in preheat zone from 600°C till end of burner zone, total about 400m².
